- Rates start at $199 per couple, per night including a Full Breakfast & Homemade Sack Lunch Daily!

- Breakfast and a Homemade Sack Lunch is included for all guests at Red Setter Inn & Cottages. Our guests also get Preferred Dining Reservations in the 373 Bar & Grill at the nearby Greer Lodge Resort (our sister property) serving Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner 365 days a year.
- The interior of all buildings at Red Setter Inn & Cottages are Non-Smoking. We have a Designated Outdoor smoking area on the outside deck of the Cottage Building and on the front porch deck of the Red Setter Main Lodge Building.
- All lodging at Red Setter Inn & Cottages is Adults Only (Sorry no children under age of 16). Families with children are welcome at our sister property Greer Lodge Resort.
- Pets: ALL accommodations at Red Setter Inn & Cottages are pet free. If you are traveling with a Dog, our sister property Greer Lodge Resort offers Dog Friendly Cabins for rent.
- Housekeeping Service:
- Rooms: Rooms receive daily housekeeping service and fresh linens and towels every three days or upon request.
- Cabins: Cottage Cabins are Housekeeping units which means daily housekeeping service is not provided. We are glad to provide you with clean towels and linens upon request. Housekeeping service is available after the 6th night if requested. Cabin guests are asked to clean all kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, etc. prior to departure (it is acceptable to check-out with dishwasher running). Daily trash pickup on front porch.
- Occupancy: Rooms & Cottage Cabin Rentals allow up to the maximum occupancy in that unit at no additional charge. You cannot exceed maximum occupancy.
- Deposits: 50% deposit required at time of booking. Balance due at check-in. We accept Visa, Master Card, Personal Checks or Cash. Sorry, we do not accept American Express, Diners Club or Discover.
- Cancellation Policy: If you cancel with less than 7 days notice prior to the scheduled arrival date of your reservation there is no refund. If you cancel with a minimum of 7 days notice prior to the scheduled arrival date of your reservation you receive a full refund less a service fee equal to 25% of your deposit. If you are with a group, all deposits and payments are non-refundable.
- Minimum Stay: A 2 night stay is required on weekends and a 3 night stay is required on Holidays for all lodging accommodations. All cabins require a 2 night stay.
- Check-in / Check-out: Check-In time 4 pm. If you need a late evening check-in, please call us to make special arrangements. Check-Out time is 10 am.
- Limited Wheel Chair access (Call for details).
- Fly-Fishing Policy: Guests of the Red Setter Inn may fly-fish in our private ponds and streams located throughout the Red Setter Inn & Greer Lodge Resort Property at no charge. We provide Free Complimentary use of Fly Fishing Equipment to our Guests to use on property. We provide Free Fly Fishing Lessons on Saturdays and Sundays in season (call for details). An Arizona Fishing license is required to fish the stream. No license is required to fish our ponds. We love our Trout and therefore limit fishing to Fly-Fishing with a Fly Rod and Reel using a single barb-less hook. I agree to release all trout back into the ponds and streams without harm. Please register at guest services for a pass and loaner Fly-fishing equipment.
- The Red Setter Inn & Cottages is many things...it is a Bed & Breakfast, a Country Inn and it has Cottages & Cabin Rentals. We offer Luxury B & B Rooms at the Inn and Luxury Cottage Rental Cabins. The Red Setter is an Adults Only property. It is a great place for Romantic Getaways, Honeymoons, Anniversaries and Corporate Retreats. We offer complimentary Free Fly Fishing (including Free Equipment) in the Trout Streams that flow through our property. Free Movies! Free use of Mountain Bikes! Free use of Snow Shoes! The Red Setter is a Tree Covered Mountain Retreat, an Escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. It is also a Snow Skiing Lodge in the Winter, only a few minutes from Sunrise Ski Area offering the best snow skiing in Arizona.
